Our stay at this hotel offered stunning mountain views and a fantastic pool area, which kept us entertained despite the snowy weather. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making our experience enjoyable. However, we faced some issues with housekeeping, which detracted from our overall experience, and the lack of a microwave in the room was a bit inconvenient.
